ปีใหม่นี้ เว็บธรรมะ 5 นาที ไม่ทราบว่า เป็นความโขคดี หรือ โชคร้าย อยู่ ๆ ก็ได้รับ email จาก บริษัท โคคา-โคล่า ประเทศอังกฤษเมื่อวันที่ 10 มกราคม 2550 ว่าได้รับเงินจากเกม Lottery เมื่อสอบถามไปที่ บริษัท โคคา-โคล่า ประเทศไทย จึงทราบว่าเป็น email หลอก อย่าแจ้งข้อมูลกลับไป มิฉะนั้นจะเกิดผลเสียหาย อาจสูญเสียเงินในธนาคารไปจนหมด และเพื่อความกระจ่างมากขึ้น ทางกองบรรณาธิการก็โทรศัพท์สอบถามไปยังบริษัท โคคา-โคล่า ประเทศอังกฤษ ว่าทำไมถึงได้ปล่อยให้มีผู้แอบอ้างเช่นนี้ ทำให้บริษัทเสียชื่อเสียง ก็ได้รับคำตอบว่า ทางบริษัทได้ให้ตำรวจจัดการแล้ว แต่การตามจับผู้ร้ายบนไซเบอร์ย่อมทำได้ยาก ถึงแม้จะรู้แหล่ง แต่เมื่อจะเข้าจับกุม ผู้ร้ายก็ปิดoffice และหลบหนีไปแล้ว ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงต้องแจ้งเตือนมายังญาติมิตรญาติธรรมทุกท่าน อย่าหลงเชื่อจดหมายเหล่านี้ ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างในโลกนี้ ไม่มีสิ่งใดที่ได้มาโดยง่าย
ต่อมาในวันที่ 13 มกราคม เราก็ได้รับจดหมายทำนองเดียวกันอีก 2 ฉบับ แต่ต่างกันที่ผู้ลงนาม
